Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. completed construction of MAR CAMINO (HN:S-694), a 53,862DWT special combination carrier for copper ore and sulphuric acid and delivered the vessel to Osorno Shipholdings S.A. at the Imabari shipyard on Sep. 13, 2010. The MAR CAMINO is the diesel engine driven single screw type designed specially to carry bulk ore and chemical liquid. Kawasaki Shipbuilding Corporation has completed the LPG carrier, LOTUS GAS (HN: 1620), for delivery to LPG Horizon Panama S.A. The LPG carrier is the Fifth of the same type of ships and 44th of the Kawasaki LPG carrier series built so far. Koyo Dockyard Co., Ltd. of Imabari Group delivered the MOL COSMOS, an 8,102TEU type container carrier, on July 20, 2008 to Luster Maritime S.A./Higaki Sangyo Kaisha Ltd. The MOL COSMOS is the first 8,102TEU type container carrier built by Koyo dockyard.
